My friend cringed when I told her that oversized blazers were in. I told her not to worry, I would show her a picture and then she would get it. She seemed skeptical but momentarily relieved. Here's an example. Not so bad, right? I will probably not be rocking this look just because blazers never fit me properly. I have such small shoulders that it looks like I'm wearing large shoulder pads and it throws me completely out of proportion. I always try on different blazers though in the hopes that one day I will find one that works. I digress...I do like this look though.

btw, I borrowed this pic from The Sartorialist at style.com

New Sunnies

For some reason, I get a kick out of wearing cheap sunglasses. :) I bought these Ray-ban wannabes for $10 in the juniors department at Nordstrom today.

Fabulous Clutch

My friend, Celia, introduced me to a new handbag designer called West/Feren. (The designer is a friend of her brother.) Since I checked out the website (www.westferen.com), I can't stop thinking about this adorable clutch. Love it, need it, have to have it!

Inspired by Nicole Richie

Today's outfit was inspired by Nicole Richie in InStyle. I love the idea of a classic white button down and jeans dressed up with fun jewelry.

Dinner and drinks at a friend's house:

-Old Navy top
-Citizens of Humanity jeans
-Random necklaces: one from BP, strand of pearls from James Avery, a locket I've had forever and another gold necklace I've had for years
-Gold bangles from BP and Old Navy
-Gold cuff bought in London

Went to Six Flags with the girls earlier today.

-Tildon tee
-Scarf from Ann Taylor Loft
-Jolt jeans
-Ugg boots

I know I'm about five years late but can I just say how comfortable my Uggs are. I never got into the trend because I don't really like the look of the traditional Uggs but they came out with these cute knit ones last year that I think are adorable. And now I see why everyone wears them, they really are so comfortable; they are totally the flip flops of the fall/winter.
