A friend of a friend has opened a new boutique, Sweet Rush, in Crystal City. They are having an event this Saturday (Nov 15) at 1pm to introduce themselves to the neighborhood. I don't really know what they store is like or what it will carry but I'll be there to check it out tomorrow. Update on Sweet Rush. As it turns out the boutique will be online only, officially launching in May. They had some unique pieces. The best part is that the owner makes personalized jewelry upon request. If you see something on a celebrity or in a movie, she can create it for you. Or you can have her create something unique and special just for you.
